How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to Dashboard → Wallet, choose or enter an amount, and pay securely with crypto. Your balance updates automatically the moment the payment confirms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, and more) through our secure payment gateway. Funds are added to your wallet, which you then spend on any product.
My payment went through but my balance didn't update. What now?
Crypto confirmations can occasionally take a few minutes. If your balance still hasn't updated after 15 minutes, contact us with your payment details and we'll sort it out right away.
Orders & delivery
How fast is my order delivered?
Instantly. As soon as your wallet payment clears, your order page shows the delivery instructions for your product — and we email them to you too.
What if my subscription doesn't work?
Contact support with your order ID and we'll investigate and fix or replace it where appropriate.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products are delivered instantly, orders are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something went wrong with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.

How do I withdraw my balance?
Go to Dashboard → Withdraw, enter the amount and your USDT address (for example, your Binance deposit address), and submit the request.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and sent manually. You can follow the status of each request on the Withdraw page.
Account
How do I update my profile or password?
Open Dashboard → Profile. You can update your details and change your password from there.
How does the affiliate program work?
Share your referral code or link from Dashboard → Affiliate. When people you invite make purchases you earn a commission, and you also earn on purchases by the people they invite, across several levels.
